MERGADO Marketplaces validation messages

This article explains the most common validation messages:

The user does not have Returns Terms named: default = In the Allegro administration, go to “Sales”, “Sales Settings” and then click on “Return Terms”. Here you can simply rename your return policy to “default”. After making the change in the Allegro administration, you need to wait for the automatic re-generation of the product feed or do it manually directly in the MERGADO Marketplaces application in the campaign settings by clicking on “Synchronize product feed”.

The user does not have Complaints Terms named: default = In the Allegro administration, go to “Sales”, “Sales Settings” and then click on “Returns Terms”. Here you can rename your complaint conditions to “default”. After making the change in the Allegro administration, you must wait for the automatic re-generation of the product feed or do it manually directly in the MERGADO Marketplaces application in the campaign settings by clicking on “Synchronize product feed”.

The user does not have a shipping price list named: default = In the Allegro administration, go to “Sales”, “Sales Settings” and then click on “Shipping Settings”. Here you just need to rename your shipping quote to “default”. After making the change in the Allegro administration, you must wait for the automatic re-generation of the product feed or do it manually directly in the MERGADO Marketplaces application in the campaign settings by clicking on “Synchronize product feed”.

Currency is incorrect for the specified market = In the case of Allegro, you can currently only display offers on your default storefront. You will find this out in our app both when you create a campaign and in the settings for that campaign. If you have Poland as your default storefront, you need to send the price in PLN to Allegro and in case of Czech storefront in CZK.

Missing value of STOCK element, check your availability feed = In case of this message, it is possible that there is no value under the given PRODUCT_ID in the availability feed, or the product is completely missing in the availability feed. If you see this message for all products, check the format of the availability feed and whether the PRODUCT_ID in the product and availability feed match.

Allegro is missing mandatory parameters = Mandatory parameters are missing on the Allegro product card. This message does not refer to your data, but to the data of the user who created the product card on Allegro. Our application does not currently allow the creation of product cards or the addition of mandatory parameters. Unfortunately, it is not possible to attach your offer to this incomplete product card.

Allegro could not find an exact matching product = You should only encounter this error message, which is displayed when there are multiple product cards with the same identifier in the Allegro product catalogue, in exceptional cases. Our application evaluates the status of the product cards on Allegro and assigns the offer to the best filled one. However, if none of the product cards are valid, the offer will not be assigned to any of them and the following message will appear in the validation.

Allegro could not find a product with the specified ID = Our application works only on the principle that it assigns your offer to an existing product card on Allegro based on the product ID. It is not possible to create new product cards via the application, therefore it is not possible to publish your offer on Allegro.

An error occurred on Allegro’s side: the product card on Allegro does not contain any images, therefore the offer was not paired with the product card = Our app now sends product images to Allegro, but it only sends them as offer images. Therefore, if the product card is not in order on Allegro and there are some parameters or images missing, it is not possible to add these data to the product card via our app. And since the app only links your offer to an existing product card, it is not possible to publish it.
