Can't create New project

I ran into a problem - I can’t create first project.

The system displays error 500 (attached a screenshot).

My actions: I tried to create a project based on the xml feed by selecting the Facebook US preset.

UPD: The project has been created. I don’t know what the reason was, but now the problem is gone.
