Products not showing

I have uploaded my feed into MERGADO, and can see all my products, fields and images, but when I go into Feed Image Editor none my the product images from the feed are there.

When in Feed Image Editor, and I go to products, it shows all the filters, which I have left blank, but I see a message stating that no products have been uploaded.

What am I doing wrong?

thank you for your question. In your account, I already see that products are loaded in Feed Image Editor and you managed to create a new image template. Is your problem solved and is there anything else I can help you with?
