Who are Insiders?
A specific group of users – power users who are interested in new features in MERGADO and want to be the first to use them. They give us feedback on what they like about the tool and also when new features need fine-tuning or modification.
Insiders are the first to receive news in the MERGADO Editor. These news have the possibility to pre-test and give us feedback. This is how they help us with the development of the Editor or other products. Thanks to this, we can more efficiently find and eliminate possible errors and improve the user experience.
