within the release of 16 February 2022, 3.30 pm we are unifying our infrastructure and updating the IP address from which MERGADO accesses feeds. Until now, the download took place from the IP address 185.58.41.182.
The new IP address is 81.31.39.112.
If you use an IP whitelist to secure your feeds, add a new IP address and enable it.
In case of technical problems with setting the IP address, contact our support.

Currently downloading is taking place simultaneously from both the new and original IP addresses (185.58.41.182). Starting tomorrow we will use only the new IP address!

Who will be affected by the change?Only projects where you have input feeds secured with whitelisted IP addresses.
What needs to be done?If you use a whitelist of IP addresses to secure your feeds, add our new IP address. This will allow MERGADO to download your feed after tomorrow’s update.
What happens if I don’t enable the new IP address?MERGADO will not be able to download the input feed after the change. The output feed will then stop updating, but will still be available in the version of the last update. Your product campaigns will continue to run, but will not reflect the changes in the input feed.
