1. First, where can you set the payment frequency to annual? In the billing information settings at the bottom of the page: https://accounts.mergado.com/payment_options/
Any changes will be reflected in newly issued invoices. If you need to change the billing information on an already issued advance invoice (PROFORM), please contact our technical support.
2. What are the benefits of setting up annual billing? A 20% discount on the Mergado tariff, as well as a 20% discount on the price of all add-on extensions (apps) from the Mergado Store
3. Does this discount apply only to new customers or also to existing customers? All customers, both new and existing.
4. If I have had monthly billing until now, when will the discount appear on my invoice? On the next invoice, i.e. after the current prepaid period has expired.
5. Is it possible to change annual billing back to monthly? Yes, of course. If you change the payment frequency back to monthly, billing will resume on a monthly basis after the current prepaid period expires. However, you will lose the 20% discount on the tariff and on the prices of additional applications.
6. Is it possible to invoice add-on extensions (apps) from the Mergado Store separately, i.e. at a different frequency than the Mergado tariff? This is not possible. These services are always combined for invoicing, and if the payment frequency is annual, for example, the Mergado tariff and add-on applications are invoiced simultaneously, i.e. annually.
7. What if I want to pay for an add-on extension (app) on a monthly basis? In that case, you need to change the payment frequency to monthly, and the Mergado tariff will also be paid monthly.
