I attempted to access the “Rules” section for the project. Upon opening the page, the rules failed to load, and I received the error message: “We are very sorry, but an error occurred while loading data.” Additionally, a red notification bar appeared at the top stating: “An error has occurred, we are sorry about that.” Currently, automatic regeneration is suspended, and I am unable to manually trigger any processes or edit rules because the interface is unresponsive. Refreshing the page did not resolve the issue.

the Rules page unresponsiveness was caused by a large number of inactive rules created for your archived campaigns in the Feed Image Editor extension. We have removed the unnecessarry rules and now your project is accessible again and the rules application is fixed as well. Please check on your side. The FIE team has emailed you with further in depth explanation.
