Short summary
On September 10, 2026, Mergado’s infrastructure and extensions will go through a planned outage. The reason is a scheduled inspection of the electrical substation that supplies our server room. The work is outside our control, but we are doing everything we can to keep the impact on you to a minimum.
Output feeds will stay available the whole time. The Mergado interface will run with limited functionality and some features will be switched off for the duration of the outage.
What will and will not work
Fully available:
- output feeds
- login and registration
- the Mergado interface, except for the Products page
Partly available (for about half of all projects):
- the Mergado interface including the Products page
- manual regeneration (only for projects that do not use Keychain)
- creating projects (without automatic detection of the input format)
Not available:
- extensions and their interfaces inside the application
- automatic regeneration
- API and MCP
- Feed Audit
- Keychain
- AI agent
What we recommend
If you can, move any work you have planned in Mergado on September 10 to another day. Once the inspection is over, we will bring the paused extensions and regeneration back up and they will catch up on the work they missed.
This plan is based on what we know today, so the real course of the day may differ slightly. We have never tested an outage on this scale before. What we can confirm with certainty is that output feeds will stay available.
